💛 Damages & Issues
We want you to love your order. Please take a moment to inspect your items upon arrival — your peace of mind means a lot to us.
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, just reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with care and urgency.
To report an issue, email info@ouraxo.com with a brief description and clear photos. Once reviewed, we’ll send a prepaid return label and simple instructions for returning the item to:

Please note: Returns must be initiated and approved by our team before shipping. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

✨ Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at info@ouraxo.com so we can look into it right away.
